Therefore, we are now looking for a Sales Coordinator to grow our talented team of innovative and creative thinkers so we can deliver excellent client experiences and industry-leading projects.
We are now looking for an organised, bright self-starter who can take on these responsibilities ultimately helping our teams and people to continue to deliver exceptional experiences for existing and new clients.
We expect you’ll spend much of your time:
Ensuring that tenders, quotes and bids, evaluation of proposals, negotiation, and award of contracts are performed in accordance with the client’s contract procedures giving us the best possible chance of winning them.
Working alongside the design and projects team to assist with the preparation of sales quotations and proposals.
Developing and building client relationships.
Arranging and hosting weekly/monthly sales meetings.
Working on several internal systems and applications to gather and update information.
Identifying, communicating, and actioning all sales requests.
Maintaining and updating the sales tracker and pipeline.
Holding weekly sales meetings updating your immediate team of the ongoing and upcoming forecast.
Generating sales reports to be shared with across the wider business.
Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
Assisting the Sales team with the collation of tender documentation and presentation materials.
Proofreading tender documents, ensuring the content is relevant, current and accurate.

The interview process will consist of an initial introductory telephone screen getting to know you a little more and sharing more detail about the role. There will then be 2x face-to-face interviews which we try and do in one day, but where diaries prove a little tough to match up, may have to spread out over different dates. Please advise us at the beginning on as much of your availability and preferences as possible.
