At Vanti we’re big on culture. We’re also big on having fun, so much so that it is one of our core values. So it was fantastic to see so many wonderful Vanti faces and their loved ones at our family fun day at Pype Hayes Golf Club.
It gave us a great chance to take some time away from our work to catch up as a team, celebrate our successes and welcome some new members to Team Vanti as well.
As well as tucking into tacos and boogieing to some top tunes, we also played giant games, transformed our faces thanks to a fantastic face painter and were joined by the Animal Man, who bought some of their favourite critters along to show us!
It also gave us the opportunity to celebrate the members of Team Vanti who have gone above and beyond to make Vanti the workplace we are so proud to have created. Our annual value awards were announced as part of the event and we loved honouring those who won them.
Working at Vanti is about more than work. We want people to flourish in an environment which supports their growth and lets them be the best version of themselves without fear of discrimination. We’re proud of what we have created, but will never stop trying to make it better!
