The project category finalists for the 2018 InAVation Awards were announced today, and we’re very pleased to announce that Vanti have been shortlisted in the Education Facility category for our work on Birmingham City University’s Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.
The BCU project was the biggest we’ve ever undertaken, and we’re incredibly proud of the role we played in creating the first conservatoire to offer both digital and analogue recording in every performance space. It was a very challenging project because of the exacting audio and acoustic specifications that we needed to adhere to, but we relished the opportunity to apply our innovative approach to the state-of-the-art space.
We’re honoured that the panel of InAVation Awards judges have chosen to recognise our work in this way, especially since the 2018 awards are the first to include projects from beyond the EMEA region so the competition’s even stiffer. We’re now looking forward to the awards ceremony, which will take place in Amsterdam on 6th February.
Wish us luck!
