Vanti has appointed Ian Mason as Commercial Director, joining the executive leadership team alongside Mike Brooman and Kelly Tracey, as the business enters its next phase of growth.
The appointment reflects a deliberate move to strengthen Vanti’s leadership as the market increasingly demands clearer ownership of how building technology is designed, integrated, and operated over time. As projects become more complex and expectations around performance, sustainability, and user experience continue to rise, Vanti is focused on helping clients and partners navigate these challenges with confidence.
Ian brings deep experience across smart buildings, systems integration, audiovisual, and performance technology, with a strong understanding of how fragmented delivery models can limit long-term value. His role will focus on shaping Vanti’s commercial strategy around earlier engagement, better alignment across disciplines, and a more joined-up approach to delivering and operating buildings.
