Team Vanti recently returned to Excel London to give property professionals a glimpse at what could be achieved by integrating technology and systems within the built environment by hosting the Smart Building Immersive Experience at the Facilities Show.
As an MSI, we know how important it is to integrate technology and systems within a building. We also understand the role smart buildings play in the future of our built environment, with the ever-evolving role of the workplace, a prioritisation from organisations on ESG and looming green targets including the commitment to net zero carbon emissions by 2030.
So we designed, built and delivered an experience which showcased some fantastic workplace technology in a working setting to give people the opportunity to understand what a smart workplace could look like, and the advantages which utilising these technologies.
The stand was split into four sections, and you can read all about them below!
Smart Building Tech Talks Theatre
The Smart Building Tech Talks Theatre hosted a number of seminars and talks from industry experts across the three days. These bite sized presentations focused on innovation in workplace technology, from IoT to zero carbon tech and more.

Smart Building Clinic
We were joined by our friends at Arcadis, Arup and Entec Si across the event in the Smart Buildings Clinic, a lounge space which gave people an opportunity to chat with experts about their technology situation and projects for a free, independent view on what your next steps should be.

Fit-Out Zone
Our fit-out zone showcased all of the technology you might be able to find in a smart enabled workplace. The Kahu smart workplace solution showcased desk and room booking capabilities in our mock office settings, which also featured visualisers, intercom systems, bring your own meeting software, mobile office solutions and interactive monitors and panels.

Base Build Zone
Our base build zone was designed to showcase how integrating systems could bring benefits to your spaces. Underpinned by the Smart Core BOS, we were able to measure live data from around the stand including people counts, air quality metrics, CCTV images, vehicle recognition and pest control before showcasing it on the Smart Core dashboard.

If you would like to find out more about the stand itself, take a look at our event site, to find out more. And finally, we wanted to say a huge thank you to all of the businesses who helped us by providing products and tech to support the experience!
