It’s why we’re thrilled to announce that we have been ranked the 16th most innovative Proptech business in the UK in BusinessCloud’s annual Proptech50 list.
The Proptech50 is an annual ranking of the UK companies creating original technology for real estate, construction, the built environment and building management.
The final ranking was decided by a combination of selections from an expert judging panel including members of the British Property Federation, the UK Proptech Association, the Flexible Space Association and KPMG, and a public vote on a 114-strong shortlist of businesses.
2023 has seen Vanti deliver the first two Smart Buildings in our home city, Birmingham, at One Centenary Way and Enterprise Wharf, both of which are powered by Vanti’s Smart Core Building Operating System.
The 280,000 sq ft One Centenary Way is part of Paradise, a £1.2bn urban transformation in the middle of the city centre. It is one of the city’s most sustainable buildings with a pure electric heating and hot water supply system and smart access to services, information, and facilities throughout.
The 120,000 sq ft new build Enterprise Wharf is being delivered by developer Bruntwood and offers 10 floors of 12,000 sq ft floorplates providing contemporary, flexible office space designed with digital and tech businesses in mind.
